Inkjet PVC CARD

Inkjet PVC Card have three sheets. The top and bottom sheets are both same transparent PET printing sheets. For each printing sheet, one side has coating layer, so we can use normal inkjet printer to printing words and photos directly on it. And the other side has a very thin protection film on top to protect the glossy surface of the sheet. The middle sheet is Golden, and has heat melting glue on both sides, and two very thin sheets of protection film are attached on both surfaces to protect the glue. The middle sheet is PVC. 1 Features: Fine image Text printing Perfect colour reversion Anti-rubed Excellent laminated Agglutination UV protectiong 2producing procedure Mirror-print the image on the printing material,dry the ink completely(normally aroud 5-10minutes) Remove the protection film on the middle matwrial, put the printed material right on both side of the middle material,then ,go through the lamina tor( set temperature aroud 150-180°C) Cut the laminated sheet into standard card ,remove the protection film from the surface of the card.
